I think most of you know this, but I would like to explain how our payment system works for newbies. But also everyone asks me about the time the payment will be made, so I will explain about it too.
Whenever you want to make a payment request, please go to Rewards/Payments.
The Timing of the Process of Payment Requests
Payment requests are processed every day on weekdays. They are not processed on weekends and on Japanese national holidays. The time it is processed is usually sometime from 10 am to 3 pm (Japanese Standard Time).
The Requirements for Payments
- You are not doing any fraudulent activity.
- You are showing your face during video calls.
- You are not making multiple accounts without asking.
- You are using your own photo as your profile and moments picture. (No fake pictures)
However, we also might ask you to stop working here when you could not meet our standard as a OneLiver, after you worked for a while. But of course, in that case, the payment for the points you have earned by the time you are dismissed will be paid.
Minimum Required Points
First of all, I would like to explain the minimum amount of points you need for making a payment request. You need at least 3540 pts to make the first payment request. After that, it will be 5540 pts. It will not go higher than 5540 pts, so you always can make a payment request as long as you have more than 5540 pts.
PayPal
PayPal is the most popular payment option in OneLiver. Except a few countries in which PayPal is not available (ex. Ukraine and Belarus), we make payments with PayPal.
Oftentimes, OneLivers has a problem with Payments with PayPal. The possible cases are they have not confirmed an email address yet, or they have no upgraded their account to a Business or a Premier account.
Also, OneLivers from Albania tend to have more trouble with payments. Please make a call to a PayPal customer support, so that they can fix the problem for you.
Whenever you have a problem with PayPal payment, we ask you to contact PayPal customer support, because we cannot help you with your PayPal account.
Transaction Fees
PayPal takes a fee in a very complicated way. First of all, the conversion rate PayPal uses is really bad. Since we are Japanese company, our Japanese yen will be converted to your own currency by PayPal. When PayPal converts JPY into your currency, they take a fee with a bad conversion rate. Furthermore, PayPal takes a receiving fee. So the fee PayPal takes in total can be as much as 10 percent of the amount we sent to you.
UAH PrivatBank (For Ukrainians)
Since PayPal is not available in Ukraine, we would like to make the payments through Transferwise for OneLivers in Ukraine. We need the following information:
- Full name of the UAH PrivatBank card holder
- Your email address
- Registered phone number of your UAH PrivatBank account
- The last four digits of the UAH PrivatBank card.
In addition, even though it will not be through PayPal, I need you to make the payment request for PayPal in the app, so that the points will be deducted from your account. Please enter “PrivatBank” in the payment request form instead of an email address.
