Hello everybody. This is the Support team of OneLiver.
As you all know, there is a war happening in Ukraine now, the world is angry and grieving. This is really hard to accept because we thought we already entered the era without major wars.
There are deep connections between OneLiver and Ukraine. There are many Ukrainians working on the app since we started and we also have staff in Ukraine.
The war isn’t just the other countries’s business. We are deeply worried about you. We wish to be the rock and be supportive to everyone who lives in Ukraine.
In this case, after listening to the opinions of the performers, these are things that we can help to make the Ukrainian on this APP easier at this period:
- Temporary relaxation of UAH withdrawal rules *1
- Change UAH minimum withdrawal amount
- Donation for Ukraine humanitarian aid via Japan UNICEF *2
* 1) “Temporary relaxation of remittance rules” applies to video call points and the date and time of the last video call. These do not apply to violations.
* 2) Since the statement will be issued in May. We will report again when we receive it.
OneLiver is operated by a small company, therefore what we can do maybe limited. But we would endeavour to give small supports for the long term.
