Performers,

Almost everyone knows that every morning I am checking the payment request from you. How exactly do I do that? Today I am going to talk about it.

First of all, you should already know that you have to enter the information for your PayPal/PrivatBank account when you make a payment request. Every information we ask for is crucial or otherwise we won’t be able to send you the money. I login to the payment system every weekday at around 10am (Japan time). There I can see your payment information, as well as your account ID. Usually I will first check the PayPal ones, then the PrivatBank ones.

The work is simple. I just need to copy all your account information and the points you have withdrawn from the app to an excel file and pass it to our finance department. However, before I do that, I have to check your account first. I enter your account ID into the system, where I can check how many points you have earned so far, when you last logged in, how long of video calls, voice calls you have, etc. Depending on whether your points are earned mainly from talking to viewers instead of missions and login bonus, I will approve or disapprove your payment request. Finally, I will send you a message to tell you that the money will be sent to you later the day. Well, sometimes I may be too busy and skip this message part lol. Please don’t be mad at me.

Sounds easy? It is not difficult, of course. Usually it takes me 20 to 40 minutes to process all the payment requests that day, so if you can’t make your payment request before 10am (Japan time), contact me, support(gary) and send your request as soon as possible, or you will have to wait until the other day.

And one more thing, since we are not in the office at weekend, if you send your payment request Friday’s afternoon (still, Japan time), you will have to wait until Monday. Since there are more payment requests we need to process on Monday, it may take longer for you to receive the money.

Oh! And if there is a problem about your payment, such as you entering the wrong information or your bank account is not available to take the money, our finance department will contact me and I will then message you. The most common mistakes performers did are:

1. Choosing PayPal in the payment page while they should be using PrivatBank

2. Giving us USD bank account while we are trying to send the money in UAH

3. Forgetting to confirm yourself and your address, bank account, etc to PayPal

There are a few times that PayPal keeps our performer’s money on hold. You will eventually get the money in 21 days. It is PayPal’s policy, not ours, so if you want to get the money earlier, please contact PayPal.

Why am I writing this today? There is no important reason.

This morning I checked the payment requests as usual, and I saw a performer withdrawing 50000 points.

And then I checked her account. There are still more than 70000 points in her account…

I wonder who can break this record:

withdrawing the most points in one day
