There was this performer that I have been talking to since the first week I joined this company. At first she was talking to me in Russian. Of course I don’t speak Russian, so I used google translation to communicate with her.

Believe me. It was not easy for me to chat in Russian even with the translation software. I didn’t even know what I was writing in the message.

But one month later, she is now talking to me in English!

How is that possible? Well, she did send a lot of messages and chat with many English speakers with messages every day, but more importantly, she is having quite a lot of video calls recently!!!

She is using video call as a means to practice her English!!!

And of course she gets paid because she is a performer!!!
