The following paragraphs require some brain works, so if you are tired and don’t want to think, don’t read it.

1. Service Charge

Everyone should know that whenever you make a payment request, we will charge 540 points. The points will be deducted from here:

For example, if Î enter 10000 points here, I will be actually getting 10000-540=9460 points. 9460 Japanese yen will be then sent to my bank account.

But!!!

Recently we want to reward performers for your good work. We are not charging the 540 points service charge for performers who:

Have video calls in the past 2-3 days before we process the payment &

Does not receive any report regarding her face not being shown in video calls

We will not charge the service charge from these good performers, which means that they are actually getting 540 points as bonus every time they make a withdrawal.

2. Exchange Rate

When you are withdrawing points here, we will send you Japanese yen for the amount of points you are withdrawing. 1 point here = 1 Japanese yen.

However, you will not be getting Japanese yen in your bank account. Some of you will get UAH. Some will get RON. Some will get EUR. It depends on what currency your bank account is using.

So how much is 1 Japanese equal to? It depends on a thing called the exchange rate.

This rate changes from time to time. For example:

See here? The exchange rate changed from 0.007604 to 0.007662. If you are withdrawing 20000 points, one day you will be getting 152.08 EUR, while the other day you will be getting 153.24 EUR.

There is a 1 EUR difference.

The more you withdraw, the bigger the difference will be. Simple math.

But!!!

The exchange rate doesn’t only change from time to time, but also from one banking system to another.

In this app, we use two methods to send you money, PayPal and TransferWise. They are two different companies, and therefore they are using different exchange rates.

For example, on this day, the exchange rate from yen to euro in Paypal is:

The exchange rate from yen to euro in TransferWise is:

0.00803!!! Much higher than the one in PayPal!

However, sometimes the exchange rate in PayPal may be higher, and they both charge different amounts of transaction fees.

Finally, the exchange rate changes from one currency to another.

Even the transaction fees are different!!!

So next time if you think you are getting less from us, check how many Japanese yen we are sending you. If the amount is correct but you are getting less than expected, that means PayPal/TransferWise is using a lower exchange rate.

We can’t control that.
