Currently we have two support accounts in the application, Support(Gaya) and Support(Gary).
Their duties are to help performers, especially the official ones that passed the audition, to earn more.
They give advices to you. Sometimes they give you special tasks and bonus.
But they are NOT responsible for the following things:
– questions about accounts, such as blocked account
– questions related to payments
– questions about the referral program, such as getting referral points
– complaints about certain users
– reports on bugs or server crash
– videos used for advertisements
If you want to make the above inquiries, please go to setting➡️Terms of Use and send us an email. We have another department to handle these kinds of stuff.
Please also remember to write us your username and date of birth registered in the app.
On the other hand, Gaya and Gary can give you advices on:
– how to earn points more efficiently
– how to make good use of the new functions
– how to talk to viewers properly
– how to improve your profile
If you are willing to corporate with them, I’m sure that you can earn more and more.
