We are right now planning to install a function that you will know whether the viewer enjoys the video call or not after it.
In fact, currently we are asking random viewers about whether they have enjoyed the video calls. We are only collecting that information for reference so far, but we think that this information can be useful to you to evaluate your own performance.
Therefore, in the near future, we are going to install function that after a certain video call, you will get an auto message from our system saying whether the viewer was satisfied with the call or not.
If it says the viewer enjoyed the call, that means you are doing a good job.
If it says otherwise, that means you need some improvements. We will then direct you to an article where you can find techniques about how to improve your performance. Don’t worry, there won’t be any punishment if the viewer says that they didn’t like the chat.
However, if you have too many dissatisfied calls, we may contact you and ask what happened.
And if there is no auto message after the call, that means we didn’t ask the viewer for his opinion, or he didn’t give us any answer.
With this function, you will be able to know whether you have done well or not immediately after a call.
You will be like as if you have read the viewer’s mind!!!
