In order to receive payment through PayPal, please note the following things:
①Payment cannot be received in the personal account of PayPal.
Please upgrade your account to “Premium Account” or “Business Account” from the website of PayPal.

②Apparently, there are 4 countries where the payment cannot be made through PayPal.
・Ukraine
・Macedonia
・Belarus
・Montenegro
For Ukraine, Macedonia, and Montenegro, the payment will be made by Bank Account Transfer.
The Bank Account transfer might take 5-15 days from the day of application.
Macedonia and Montenegro
Currently, the transfer is being done in USD for Montenegro and Macedonia.
If your bank account is in these countries, please kindly make the payment request in the app, and send us the following information with your username and email address of your OneLive account: your full name, your email address, the SWIFT code, IBAN, and your address. Please remember that the transfer fee for these two countries is really expensive because it is through SWIFT and intermediary banks take commission. It will be around 20 dollars in total. We strongly encourage you to make a payment request all at once after you earned many points, instead of making requests every time you earn the minimum amount to make a payment request.

Ukraine
For the performers in Ukraine, the transfer is done in UAH. If your bank account is in Ukraine, please kindly make the payment request in the app and send us the following information: username, the email address of your OneLive account, your full name, your phone number for the UAH PrivatBank, and the last four digits of your UAH PrivatBank card.
Also, when you make a payment request, please enter “PrivatBank” instead of the email address, in that way, we will know you are from Ukraine.
If you have sent the information once, you do not have to send it again. We keep the records of your information.

Belarus
For the performers in Belarus, we would like to use worldremit. You can pick up the payment at these banks: Belinvestbank, Technobank, Fransabank. Please give us the folloeing information: username, full name, name of your city, mobile phone number, and email address.

③Regarding the payments through AmazonGiftCard.
The Gift Code for Amazon is only available for the Amazon.com United States.
The Gift Codes other than the ones for The United States CANNOT be used.
