Last weekend we just had an update on our app (android version only, the iOS version update is coming soon). Now let’s take a look at what’s new!
1. Call request button in the top page
With this new function, you can send call requests more conveniently to users. Viewers will know that you want to chat with them after seeing the following message:
Make sure you make good use of this button and the chance you receive calls will be doubled or even tripled!
2. Better profile
If you go to your own profile page, you will see there are information provided. They include:
– Good video chat review
After some random video calls, the viewers will be asked if they have enjoyed the call with you or not. If they choose “yes”, the number will be reflected in your profile page. If they say “no” or simply didn’t answer, or did not receive the question, the number will not change.
– Ranking
This shows the current ranking you are right now. If you can get into the top 10, there will be special pattern on your profile.
– Video Chat Score
Please press the video chat score section and you will see the details
You can press the “Tips” button in the page for more tips on improving your performance and increasing your score.
3. After call review messages
As we have mentioned above, after certain video calls, viewers will be randomly asked if they have enjoyed their calls with you. If they choose to answer, you will get an auto-message from the system telling you their answer.
Viewers don’t know about the auto-message, so you will be like being able to read their mind.
There are 3 patterns of messages:
– 👍🏻If you know that they enjoyed the call with you, that means he is possibly going to talk to you again. Make sure you send more messages to him and even call him every day.
Your income in the long run can increase
-🤨 If you get a “not satisfied” message, that means the viewer is only feeling so-so about the call. In that case, you need to press the review message and see for more tips to increase your performance.
You can increase your income by improving your performance.
-😡 If you receive a message saying that the viewer disliked the call and probably didn’t want to talk to you again, please also look for tips to improve your calls. Don’t try to contact that user again to ask him why or what happened because that many worsen the situation. Rethink your own performance and think about what went wrong.
#Both the video chat score and after call messages are only for your reference. It won’t affect your points at all. You already got your points during the call and they won’t be deducted after the review, so don’t worry.
