Last week there was a magnitude 6.4 earthquake in Albania. Countries nearby, including Bulgaria, Serbia, Croatia, Greece, Italy, Kosovo, were also affected.

The catastrophe has caused 51 deaths and over 2000 injured. Over 4000 people were left homeless.

We know that some of you are actually living in the affected area. We hope you are all okay and unaffected by the earthquake. We also hope that people were affected will get their lives back on track soon.

Natural disasters, though nowadays there are ways to predict, are almost impossible to prevent or stop. What’s important is how we deal with the aftermath, and how we treasure what we have now. Please show more care to your family and friends. Please have sympathy for the victims in the tragedy.
