Have you updated the app to the latest version? If yes, you should be able to see something similar to this:

What do they mean?

Coin: Paid user (user who has purchased points)

Banknote💵: Paid user who has enough points to make more than 10 minutes of video calls

VIP: Users who has purchased points in the past 24 hours

What should you do?

1. Turn as many new users to users with “coin” as possible

2. VIP users have just purchased points recently. That means they are more likely to be willing to spend their points.

3. Banknote users have enough points for more than 10 minutes of calls, so don’t hesitate to call them! (you also get points when you make the call)
