In Sweden, people can still go out for a walk, or enjoy their ice cream in the park. Nightclubs and bars are still open.

Of course, the streets are quieter than usual. People are working remotely from home and non-essential travel is avoided.

Why not a lockdown?

The quote from the Prime Minister of Sweden in the beginning of this article has answered that.

“We who are adults need to be exactly that: adults.”

Yes, we are all adults.

And we have responsibility.

Not only in a crisis. Not only in the outside world.
