We actually receive many enquires from the performers everyday and sometimes performers are telling us that error occurs when they dial and receive calls. Here are something you can try to do when they happen:
1) There is no ‘Accept’ button when there is incoming call!
To solve this problem, please try to kill the APP, and reopen it again. (Not deleting it, just close it completely on your device and re-open again)
2) The viewers cannot see/ hear me completely!
There are many factors on this issue, but first thing you may want to see if you have the right phone setting for our APP, please always allow us to access to your camera and mic in order to make video calls.
The other thing you can try is to switch between your mobile data and wifi, because some of the router settings are not compatible with our APP and so do some carrier’s network.
If it still happens, please reach our supporting crew and we may do a test call with you and try to find out what happened.
