    We would like to tell you about the new policies on our APP.

    Eliminating mediocre performers

    There are around 200 performers login to OneLiver everyday and make video calls. However, among these 200 performers, there are big differences of their performances in the video call, from the top to bottom.

    The top performers always show their face with bright smile and having fun conversation with viewers, but as the ranking goes down, there are highest chances that they are not showing their faces, or exposing themselves right after the video call started.

    And 20% of these 200 broadcasters have a black screen or just showing wall or ceiling all the time during video calls. We are putting an end to this🙅‍♂️. Recently, as soon as we found out these type of mediocre performers, we suspend their accounts. We could not let our users to spend their points on the mediocre performers and it is also more fair to those hard working good performers.

    In March, we sent warning to 23 performers, 10 of them have improved their performance, 10 of them failed to improve and we suspended their account.

     

    Increasing Event Bonus

    As you already know, we are increasing the bonuses for the events. You can earn up to 15,000 points from the 🔥Heat Ranking Battle🔥 and 💎OneLiver Carnival💎. These policy is to make sure those rewards go to people with higher value for their service. With this new rewarding policy, we want to help increasing the number of performers who can earn $300, $500, and $1000 a month.

     

     

    Improve the strengths and eliminate weaknesses.

    These policies are to make it easier for the good performers to earn more, and also to provide better service to our customers.
    If you feel like you want to improve and earn more on our APP, please talk to OLR Support. Performers with good appearance and potential who could not make much money yet, you may working in a wrong way. Our Performer Managers will help guiding you to the right way to be the top.

    Eliminando a las performers mediocres

    Hay alrededor de 200 performers que inician sesión en OneLiver todos los días y hacen videollamadas. Sin embargo, entre estos 200 performers, hay grandes diferencias en sus actuaciones en la videollamada, de arriba hacia abajo.

    Los mejores performers siempre muestran su rostro con una sonrisa brillante y una conversación divertida con los espectadores, pero a medida que la clasificación desciende, hay más posibilidades de que no muestren la cara o se expongan justo después de que comenzó la videollamada.

    Y el 20% de estas 200 emisoras tienen una pantalla negra o simplemente muestran la pared o el techo todo el tiempo durante las videollamadas. Estamos acabando con esto🙅‍♂️. Recientemente, tan pronto como nos enteramos de este tipo de performers mediocres, suspendemos sus cuentas. No podíamos permitir que nuestros usuarios gastaran sus puntos en los performers mediocres y también es más justo para los buenos trabajadores que trabajan duro.

    En marzo, enviamos una advertencia a 23 artistas, 10 de ellos mejoraron su desempeño, 10 de ellos no mejoraron y suspendimos su cuenta.

    Aumento de la bonificación de eventos

    Como ya sabes, estamos aumentando las bonificaciones por los eventos. Puedes ganar hasta 15.000 puntos de la 🔥Heat Ranking Battle🔥 y el 💎OneLiver Carnival💎. Esta política es para asegurarse de que esas recompensas vayan a las personas con mayor valor por su servicio. Con esta nueva política de recompensas, queremos ayudar a aumentar la cantidad de artistas que pueden ganar $ 300, $ 500 y $ 1000 al mes.

     

     

    Mejora las fortalezas y elimina las debilidades.

    Estas políticas tienen como objetivo facilitar que los que tienen un buen desempeño ganen más y también para brindar un mejor servicio a nuestros clientes.
