For those from Ukraine, we always send your payment through TransferWise. We sent money in Japanese yen, and TransferWise turns it into UAH. We have no control over the rate and the time of transaction.

And for some reason, TransferWise is taking extra time this two weeks in sending the money. Some of you should have known about the issue.

We don’t know the exact reason why it is this slow, and we can’t make it faster.

Because we are not TransferWise!

See? It’s all written “Arriving” or “Arriving later”, and yet some of you still haven’t got the money.

Why? How can we make it faster?

We tried to send email to them but we are still waiting for their reply.

So if you still haven’t got your money, please be patient.
