Imagine you are running a restaurant, and you want to attract more customers. What would you do?

Hire good chefs? Buying better ingredients?

Today I ran by two different restaurants near our office. Which you do you find more attractive?

Of course the second one.

Why?

It is because the front of the second one is better.

No matter how good your food is, people won’t come if the front of your restaurant is not good.

On the other hand, if you can post more good photos of your food in front of your restaurant and in your menu, you are gonna attract so many more customers.

The same principle works in this app.

Your profile is the front of your restaurant. It includes your profile picture, your moment pictures, and your short self-introduction.

It is the viewer’s first impression of you.

If you have nothing in your profile, no one is going to call you.

They won’t even notice you.

But if you have a good profile picture and keep updating your moment, people are going to get more interested in you.

Of course, you have to better your food (video call), your menu and your waiters (messages).

The better the quality of your video calls, the better your food is, the more customers are willing to pay for it.

The better your messages sent to the viewers, the better your menu and waiters are. Imagine you have some hot waiters and waitresses distributing your menu on the street, asking people to come to your restaurant. You are going to get more customers.

So, think of you are running a restaurant here, and start by beautifying the front of your restaurant.
