As you know, our app is having a serious server problem. Sometimes messages are not sent. Sometimes the app keeps loading.

We are fighting to fix the problem.

Our management team, engineer team, server partners, all join force together to locate the problem and try to come up a solution.

Since messages are lost sometimes, I wasn’t able to reply to your messages.

That’s why I posted a moment to inform you all.
