Last weekend I went to the salon and had my hair cut. When I arrived, the stylist said to me

“It’s been a while!”

“Yes I got busy. “

“You usually come every month. This time it has been more than a month and a half.”

“Really? When was the last time I came?”

“July 28 or 29”

I was surprised that she actually remembered the date. It makes sense though since she has the reservation record and she can easily sort it by customer and check.

How about you? Do you have a record of when you chatted with each viewer?

In the past we have taught you how to use the bookmark function to jot memo of your viewers:

💖So what should you write in the bookmark?💖

❣️　1. His name

Not his username, but his real name. Users can always change their username. Even if he has changed his username, if you can call him by his real name, he will think you really remember him and hence there will be a higher chance for him to be your regular customer.

❣️　2. The date and time of your call

You don’t need to remember the specific time. Just write something like “Sep 29 afternoon”, “Friday night”, or “around 3pm Sunday”

Why? This is for you to build a schedule of when users are more likely to have call with you again.

Of course you need to message that person again every day. For example, if you write “Sep 29 afternoon”, and then you find him again on Sep 30 and manage to have call with him in the afternoon again, that means he should be available in the afternoon on any weekday.

Then you will know the best time to send message!

❣️　3. What you have talked about/done in the call

So that next time when you find that person, it will be easier to find a topic to draw his attention.

For example, if he introduced you a movie in the call, next time when you message him, you can say that you have watched that movie (or just the trailer) and tell him how you feel!

❣️　4. Other details of him

His age, country, family member, occupation, working hours… etc. Anything that you remember about him.

Think of him as a book. You are going to meet the author. You need to remember the basics of the book and maybe some details that you find interesting, so that when you are talking to the author, s/he will know that you actually read it.

На прошлой неделе я записался на стрижку. Когда я пришел в салон, произошел следующий диалог:

“Давно не виделись!”
“Да, действительно, я был немного занят.”
“Обычно ты записываешься каждый месяц, а в этот раз прошло почти два месяца, вот и заметила.”
“Правда? Я уже и не помню, когда приходил в последний раз.”
“28 или 29 июля, в последние числа”

Я был удивлен, что она запомнила дату. После я вспомнил, что они ведут записи посетителей и подобную информацию можно легко проверить.

Как насчет вас?  Делаете ли вы заметки после разговора с пользователем?

Раньше мы рассказывали вам как пользоваться заметками, чтобы оставлять для себя нужную информацию о пользователе.

💖Так что же записывать в заметки?💖

❣️ 1. Его имя

Не его никнейм, а его настоящее имя. Пользователи часто меняют свои никнейми. Тем не менее, если вы будете помнить его настоящее имя даже после того, как он сменил свой никнейм, он будет считать, что вы правда его помните. Это увеличит вероятность того, что он захочет общаться с вами и в дальнейшем.

❣️ 2. Дата и время вашего последнего разговора

Вам не надо записывать все досекундно. Просто укажите примерное время, день последнего звонка. Например “ср 29, после обеда”, “пятница вечером”, “примерно в 3 часа ночи в вс”

Зачем? Это поможет вам построить график активности пользователя. Он не будет точным, но со временем вы сможете предположить, когда пользователь находится в сети.

❣️　3. Тема разговора во время звонка

Если вы будете знать, о чем говорили в прошлый раз, в следущем диалоге вам будет проще развить разговор.

К примеру, если он рассказывал вам о каком-то фильме в прошлый раз, вы сможете начать разговор с того, что вы посмотрели этот фильм (или трейлер), рассказать ваши впечатления о нем.

❣️　4. Любые детали о нем

Его возраст, страна, семья, кем работает и т.п. Все мелочи, которые вы хотели бы запомнить.

Подумайте об этом как о книге. Вы встретились с автором книги и чтобы не ударить лицом в грязь, вы запомнили отдельные моменты из книги. Таким образом автор будет знать, что вы читали его книгу и будет вам за это благодарен. Используйте этот способ и на пользователях.

💖Как проверить ваши заметки?💖

“¡Ha sido un tiempo!”

“Si, estaba ocupada “

“Sueles venir todos los meses. Esta vez ha pasado más de mes y medio.”

“¿En serio? ¿Cuándo fue la última vez que vine?”

” 28 o 29 de julio”

Me sorprendió que ella realmente recordara la fecha. Sin embargo, tiene sentido, ya que tiene el registro de reserva y puede ordenarlo fácilmente por cliente y comprobarlo.

¿Y tu? ¿Tienes un registro de cuándo conversaste con cada usuario?

Aquí te explico como tener un registro de cada usuario:

💖Entonces, ¿qué deberías escribir en el Bookmark?💖

❣️　1. Su nombre

No su nombre de usuario, sino su nombre real. Los usuarios siempre pueden cambiar su nombre de usuario. Incluso si ha cambiado su nombre de usuario, si puede llamarlo por su nombre real, pensará que realmente lo recuerda y, por lo tanto, habrá más posibilidades de que sea su cliente habitual.

❣️　2. La fecha y la hora de la llamada

No es necesario recordar la hora específica. Solo escribe algo como “29 de septiembre por la tarde”, “viernes por la noche” o “alrededor de las 3:00 pm del domingo”.

¿Por qué? Esto es para que tengas una idea de cuándo es más probable que los usuarios vuelvan a llamar.

Por supuesto, necesitas volver a enviarle un mensaje a esa persona todos los días. Por ejemplo, si escribiste “29 de septiembre por la tarde”, y luego lo encuentras nuevamente el 30 de septiembre y logra llamarlo nuevamente por la tarde, eso significa que debería estar disponible por la tarde en cualquier día de la semana.

¡Entonces sabrás cuál es el mejor momento para enviar un mensaje!

❣️　3. De lo que han hablado / hecho en la llamada

Para que la próxima vez que encuentres a esa persona, será más fácil encontrar un tema para llamar su atención.

Por ejemplo, si te presentó una película en la llamada, la próxima vez que le envíes un mensaje, puedes decirle que has visto esa película (o solo el avance) y decirle cómo te sientes.

❣️　4. Otros detalles de el

Su edad, país, familiar, ocupación, horario de trabajo … etc. Todo lo que recuerdes de él.

Piense en él como en un libro. Vas a conocer al autor. Debes recordar los conceptos básicos del libro y tal vez algunos detalles que te parezcan interesantes, de modo que cuando hables con el autor, él sepa que realmente lo leíste.
