Today I would like to share you the data report of August.

1. Amount of withdrawal 💰

We have sent around 8.8 Million Japanese yen to the performers in July! It is been the highest record! We have sent payment to 270 performers. And we have sent 500,000 JPY to one performer, who is the top earner of the month.😳😳

• 4554 USD
• 122444 UAH
• 332145 RUB
• 3836 EUR

2. Top Ranker👸

The top performer of the month had earned 150,000 points from video call and message etc. 

And there are few performers could earned more than 100,000 points. There are many points up and bonus event lately, yet the outcome is not satisfied.

Numbers of performers who reached 100,000 points each month.

• May: 7 performers
• June: 7 performers
• July: 7 performers
• August: 4 performers

Just like the other live-streaming apps such as Youtube and Live.me, the more top rankers earn, the more popular the APP will be, and it will be easier for mid-level and lower distributors to earn as well.

However, they also need to go on vacation or take a break, so we hoped to see more new faces in the top ranker list.

• Securing time to work
• Make regular viewers
• Attack the new viewers (Send template messages)
• Not giving up

Rome was not built in a day.

3. Blocked Users🚫

In August, we have blocked 21 performers.

If the violation does not improve after several precautions, the performers will be blocked.

The most common mistake is that the performers are not showing their face in video calls. Once we found that performer is violating this rule, she will be blocked immediately, be sure to show your face in the video call ALWAYS.

Sometimes we would pretend to be a viewers and made several video calls with you with the camera off. There are some performers who didn’t greet and smile once the call connected and decided to hang up immediately.

We do not block these performers for this reason, but keep in mind your smile is the biggest weapon of all time.

We have a new member joining us in August and she is Maria👩🏻‍💼.

She is now living in Japan but she has been in Mexico for 10 years. She also speaks Spanish so we can now answer the enquiry in Spanish.

Сегодня я бы хотел поделиться с вами итогами за Август📈

1. Сумма выводов💰

За июль в сумме было выведено около 8.8 миллионов японских йен, что снова побило все рекорды за время существования приложения!
Всего за месяц выводили деньги 270 пользователей.
А самым высоким количеством за раз составила сумма в 500,000 йен пользователем, который стал первым по поинтах за месяц😳😳

2. Топ пользователи👸

За август девушка занявшая первое место заработала в сумме с сообщений и видеозвонков 150000 поинтов.
Так получилось, что август стал месяцем, в котором количество девушек набравших более 100000 поинтов стало меньше.

• Май: 7 человек
• Июнь： 7 человек
• Июль： 7 человек
• Август： 4 человека

Как и в случае с другими приложениями для прямой трансляции, такими как Youtube, Twitch.tv, чем больше аудитории получают участники из топа, тем интереснее становится само приложение. Соответственно, легче будет зарабатывать и пользователям с меньшей аудиторией, поэтому мы внимательно следим за статистикой.

Тем не менее, отдых нужен всем, поэтому я выделил следующие пункты, которые помогут поддерживать вам продуктивность:

• Выделите отдельное время для приложения

• Найдите больше постоянных собеседников

• Не забывайте поддерживать разговоры с новыми пользователями
• Никогда не опускайте руки

Продолжайте работу опираясь на эти 4 пункта, а если будут возникать вопросы – пишите в поддержку.😽

Между прочим, если у вас получается зарабатывать больше 100000 поинтов в месяц, это значит, что вы будете получать отдельные бонусы и награды за события, а это больше 200000 поинтов.💰💰

3. Заблокированные пользователи🚫

За август мы заблокировали 21 пользователя.

В основном причиной являются жалобы на то, что пользователь не показывал свое лицо. Сначала пользователь предупреждается и если спустя время мы не видим улучшений – пользователь блокируется.

Также время от времени я захожу в приложение с отдельного аккаунта и делаю короткие проверочные звонки. Тех, кто не улыбается во время приветствия сразу появляется желание сбросить.

Это не значит, что мы блокируем все, кто не будет улыбаться, но имейте ввиду, что улыбка – неотъемлемая часть разговоров.

Мы рады сообщить, что в августе у нас появился новый член команды поддержки по имени Мария!👩🏻‍💼.

На данный момент она находится в Японии, но прожила в Мексике более 10 лет, поэтому отлично владеет ипанским и английскими языками. Если захочется поговорить на испанском – можете обратиться  к Марие 😉

2. Mejor clasificada👸

La cantidad de puntos obtenidos por la performer número uno en agosto a través de videollamadas y mensajes es de 150.000 puntos.

Y muy pocas performers consiguieron 100.000 puntos. Es un mal resultado estos días cuando hay muchos eventos de para ganar mas puntos de bonificación.

• Julio：7人
• Agosto：4人

Al igual que con las aplicaciones de transmisión en vivo como Youtube y Live.me, cuanto más ganen las mejores clasificados, más emocionante será la aplicación y más fácil será trabajar para las performers que todavía no han ganado tanto.

Sin embargo, ellas también necesitan irse de vacaciones, Y me hubiera gustado que aprovecharás esos tiempos y que más performers a ser de nueva se clasificaran en la parte superior.

• Asegurar tiempo para trabajar
• Tener clientes regular
• Atraer hombres nuevos
• No renunciar a ganar más

Continuemos con estos cuatro y apuntemos al mejor clasificado. Si tienes alguna pregunta o problema, solicita asistencia.

3. Usuarios bloqueadas🚫

en agosto bloqueamos a 21 personas.

Si la infracción no mejora después de varias precauciones, se bloqueará.
Los más habituales son los usuarios que no aparecen en las videollamadas. Esta es una infracción de las reglas y se bloqueará tan pronto como se detecte. Asegúrate de aparecer en una videollamada.

De vez en cuando finjo ser un cliente e hecho varias videollamadas con algunos de ustedes con la cámara apagada, pero los que no sonrieron en el momento del saludo decido colgar inmediatamente.
No bloqueo porque no sonreíste, pero ten en cuenta que las sonrisas son un arma en este trabajo.

¡Una nueva miembro de soporte llamado María se ha unido a la empresa desde agosto!👩🏻‍💼.
